Introduction

Welcome to Lime & Lotus.

Lime & Lotus is a Spa & Wellness brand operated as part of the Mojito Events group, specialising in beautifully curated private group wellness escapes throughout the UK.

By making an enquiry or booking with Lime & Lotus, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the following Terms & Conditions.

Your Booking

All Lime & Lotus escapes are designed for private groups and are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Once your arrangements have been confirmed, you will receive written confirmation outlining the details of your booking, including accommodation, activities, suppliers and payment arrangements where applicable.

The lead booker is responsible for:

  • ensuring all group members are aware of these Terms & Conditions 

  • communicating any changes to the booking 

  • ensuring all guests behave responsibly throughout the experience

Payments

Payment terms and deadlines will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.

Where applicable, Lime & Lotus may use secure third-party payment platforms to collect individual guest payments.

Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in elements of the booking being cancelled or released.

Changes & Amendments

We understand that plans can change and will always do our best to accommodate amendments wherever possible.

Any changes to:

  • guest numbers 

  • accommodation

  • activities

  • dates

  • destinations

may be subject to supplier availability and additional charges.

If group numbers fall below supplier minimums, additional costs may apply.

Accommodation

Lime & Lotus works with a carefully selected collection of independently owned UK properties, including coastal retreats, countryside cottages and luxury group accommodation.

While we carry out reasonable checks and maintain close relationships with our accommodation partners, responsibility for property compliance, licences, insurance and safety documentation remains with the individual property owner/provider. 

If accommodation becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will work quickly to offer a suitable alternative or refund where appropriate.

Activities, Wellness & Third-Party Suppliers

Lime & Lotus partners with trusted third-party wellness practitioners, activity providers, chefs and entertainers.

Participation in all activities is voluntary and guests should ensure they are medically fit to participate. Any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies or accessibility requirements should be disclosed prior to travel.

Certain activities may be weather-dependent or subject to change for safety or operational reasons.

Lime & Lotus cannot accept responsibility for injury, loss or damage arising from:

  • participation in activities 

  • failure to follow supplier instructions 

  • behaviour under the influence of alcohol or substances 

  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Behaviour

We want every group to enjoy a relaxed, positive and memorable experience.

All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards:

  • accommodation providers 

  • suppliers

  • staff

  • members of the public 

  • fellow guests where applicable 

Accommodation providers and suppliers reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate services where behaviour is considered unsafe, illegal, abusive or excessively disruptive.

Any damages caused by guests may result in additional charges.

Extraordinary Circumstances

Lime & Lotus shall not be held liable for cancellations, changes or disruption caused by unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control.

This may include (but is not limited to):

  • severe weather 

  • flooding

  • transport disruption 

  • government restrictions 

  • illness outbreaks/pandemics 

  • supplier failure 

  • natural disasters 

Where possible, we will always work with you and our suppliers to rearrange or adapt your experience.

Privacy & Data

Lime & Lotus takes your privacy seriously.

Any personal information collected through our website, enquiry forms, email or booking process will only be used:

  • to manage your enquiry or booking 

  • to communicate relevant information 

  • to provide tailored recommendations or offers related to your enquiry
